We’re Back…
We made it! No travel hiccups and great attitudes from the team made for an enjoyable day.
A few snapshots from our first day…
While at the airport and searching for our little girl’s suitcase, I unzipped this one a few inches and quickly realized, this was it! Plenty of pink happening in here…
Out the window of our school bus. The sights and smells here certainly assault your senses.
And back at Siloe church. It was sorta like coming home. Dolores (74) might be the most kind, joyful woman I have ever met.
And here are the sweet girls we have been thinking about and praying for (I talked about them here). It was sorta like a celebrity siting. We were so excited. And you can see it took about 2 minutes for us all to become best friends.
What a beautiful first day. We are pumped for what is to come.
